Once the strategy is defined, we shift focus to building your visual and verbal identity. This is where creativity takes center stage and your brand truly comes to life. Depending on the scope, this phase typically lasts 3–6 weeks. By the end, you’ll have a complete set of ready-to-use brand assets along with clear guidelines for rolling out your new identity. This includes…
• Brand identity – logo & visual assets
• Typographic systems – print and digital font families, hierarchies, and usage rules
• Brand Imagery – photography, video, illustration, 3D and art direction guidelines
• Verbal Identity – tone of voice, language and copywriting
• Brand Guidelines – a complete manual for consistent execution across all channels
Once your brand guidelines are established, we move into producing content and creative concepts. This spans a wide range of touchpoints, supported by a trusted network of partners and specialists in areas such as print, copywriting, photography, web development, and video. Timelines are set on a case-by-case basis, tailored to the scope and budget of each project. This includes…

Once your new branding is in place, we don’t leave you to figure it out alone. We provide quarterly check-ins through brand reviews—auditing your implementation, measuring its impact, and offering feedback. From there, we run a workshop to discuss our findings and uncover opportunities to push your brand even further.

We love talking shop and answering questions. See the most common inquiries below or book a chat.

epot Principal Director Angela Spindler demonstrated an affinity for the unboxing experience from an early age. She kept all of her childhood toys in their original packaging so she could have a full brand moment every time she decided to play.
During her 38 years in the design business, she has notched up almost 75,000 hours of design across four countries; England, Germany, New Zealand and Australia.
She founded Depot in 2002 and her meticulous commitment to excellence has never wavered. Her role is very hands on and she is responsible for all of the studios creative output. She believes understanding both design and production ensures the integrity of projects as well as minimising client risk. Being able to speak the printers and manufacturers language is key to the design process.
