Middle Eastern Cuisine in the heart of Anjuna, Anàr which means Pomegranate in Farsi centered their focus on traditional Persian cuisine.

Chef Aryan Javadi proposes an authentical poetic assembly of flavors from his home country, cradled in love and passion through generations for your pleasure.
With old grey stoned floor, redbrick walls sets the mood for moment straight out of the 1001 nights, where Godly cats hang.

Taking advantage of the fact that the place is exposed west on an open field, we allowed ourselves a clear sunset by setting up our shoot, culminating at the golden hour.

This is one of the mixed rice dishes that you will find at small casual get togethers, as well as larger Persian dinner parties, weddings and most festive celebrations and holidays.
